Tpy6a [65]
When a wave has a height of 5 feet and a wavelength of 15 feet then it has a wave base of 7.5 feet. Wave base is equal to the half of the wavelength so if you consider your wavelength to be 15 feet then it is divided into 2 that would give you answer of 7.5 feet.

Lostsunrise [7]
Meiosis in simple terms is the process by which gametes (sperm and egg) fuse together to produce a fertilised egg. Haploid is a word that refers to how many chromosomes a certain cell has. In this case the gametes have a haploid number of chromosomes, which is half the number a normal cell has. A normal cell has a diploid number of chromosomes. So in meiosis the two gametes come together with their hapoid number of chromosomes each to create an egg that has a diploid (standard) number of chromosomes.

A clone is a creature made from the DNA of a single cell.

True

False
svet-max [94.6K]

Answer:

Sort of, true.

Explanation:

Cloning is when you take the DNA of a somatic cell of the animal you are trying to clone and add it to an embryo. It will then develop into a baby with the same DNA as the other animal.

(but in my opinion, you're just giving the test animal a sibling.)
