An effective list of tasks to achieve a goal is created when an individual decides to divide his tasks, related to the goal he wants to achieve, into smaller tasks, which are easier to be accomplished in a certain period of time and with a certain organization.

Explanation:

To-do lists are one of the best methods to increase your productivity. A routine can be confusing and full of things to do if you work or study, and especially if you do both. In addition, it is a great feeling to cross off a task from the list after completing it.

Organizing everything that needs to be done on the day is one of the best ways to increase your productivity and ensure that 24 hours a day will be enough for all your duties - preferably without having to lose precious hours of sleep.
