I just took the 16 chairs and added 2 since thats how many are left over, then since adding these 16 chairs, you are creating 2 more rows, so (16+2)/2 =9 Therefore, each row must have nine chairs in it and Hue starts off with 5x9+2= 47 chairs

Write the equation of the line in fully simplified slope-intercept form.
FrozenT [24]

Step-by-step explanation:

y — yı = m(x – xı) equation of a line

Points A(1,3) and B(2,1)

Slope (m) = (y2 – y1) / (x2 – x1)

(1 –3) / (2 – 1)

–2/1

–2

Thus, y –3 = –2 (x – 1)

y – 3 = –2x + 2

y –3 + 3 = –2x + 2 + 3

y = –2x + 5

Nataly_w [17]

Answer: $335

Step-by-step explanation: 4*-60=-240. $-240 is the profit for the next 4 months. Add this to 450. 450+(-240)= 450-240=210. Next add the final month's profit. 210+125= 335.

Nancy has 2 more than twice the number of homework problems April has. Nancy has 20 homework problems. In the equation below, p
Nat2105 [25]

Answer: 9

Step-by-step explanation:

Since p is the number of homework problems April has. Since Nancy has 2 more than twice the number of homework problems April has and has 20 homework problems, this can be expressed into an equation as:

(2 × p) + 2 = 20

2p + 2 = 20

2p = 20 - 2

2p = 18

p = 18/2

p = 9

April has 9 homeworks, therefore p is 9.
