If i sleep waaaay too much is that unhealthy or is it still giving me a lot of energy?
andrezito [222]

although sleeping can recharge your body, over-sleeping can leave you tired due to excess time that your brain goes through sleep patterns.

it is not bad to have naps, but sleeping for say 17 hours at a time can result in more fatigue depending on how tired you were before.

Answer: The community that benefits the most is the one with a few grocery stores.

Explanation:

Community health programs help communities all over the United States. They offer several resources for children, adults, and families. When a community has very few grocery stores the prices tend to be higher than a city that has several grocery stores. Rural towns may also lack fresh vegetables and healthier options for families. Community health programs have food banks, community gardens, and several programs to help feed those that need it the most.

In addition to helping with food, community health programs help with numerous other things that an individual or family may need. Some other services that they help out with are;

 • Dental
 • Mental health
 • Medical
 • Playgroups
 • Pharmacy
 • Support groups
