First you find the common denominator (which is 30) what you multiplied to get the denominator you multiply with the numerator. after that you get 60/30 - 6/60 + 20/30. After that you just do the math. It gets you 74/30 and if you want to make that into a whole number it'll be 2 7/14

Increasing the sample size while keeping the same confidence level has what effect on the margin of error? A. Increases the marg
DiKsa [7]

Answer:

C. Decreases the margin of error and hence increases the precision

Step-by-step explanation:

If we select a sample by Simple Random Sampling in a population of “infinite” size (a population so large that we do not know its size exactly), then the margin of error is given by

\bf E=\frac{ZS}{\sqrt{n}}

where

Z = The Z-score corresponding to the confidence level

S = The estimated standard deviation of the population

n = the size of the sample.

As we can see, since n is in the denominator of the fraction and the numerator is kept constant, the larger the sample size the smaller the margin of error, so the correct choice is:

C. Decreases the margin of error and hence increases the precision

There are 752 cal in 8 ounces of a certain ice cream how many calories are there in 2 pounds
Irina18 [472]
So, 8 ounces is equivalent to .5 pounds. Therefore, 32 ounces is equivalent to 2 pounds. Or, there are 4 8ounce measurements to get to 2 pounds.

752 calories * 4 = 3008 calories in 2 pounds of ice cream.

Need help on question 4??
Anit [1.1K]

HK consists of two part, HJ and JK

HK = HJ + JK

We know that:

HK = 12.2ft

JK = 3.1ft

HJ = ?

Let's plug our values into the equation above.

12.2ft = HJ + 3.1ft

Subtract 3.1ft from both sides.

9.1ft = HJ
