Memories can be stored for long time explicitly(that is storage of memories related to fact) or implicitly(that is storage of memories related to practice). Explicit storage of memories and implicit storage of memories are also known as Declarative and procedural storage of memories respectively.
The Declarative storage of memories is also sub divided into two main categories that is the Episodic memory(which deals with or concerns memories that are personal) and the semantic memory (which deals with or that is concerned with general facts.
Medical terminologies are the universal way of communication between medical practitioners. If proper pronunciation is ensured, there will be effective communication and understanding.
