Why do federal district courts not try cases dealing with military matters, grievances against the government, or tax disputes

The reason that federal courts do not try these cases is because there are already special courts just for these types of cases.

Well, we discovered that we needed to upgrade security so that potential criminals weren't coming into our country, and so potentially harmful substances weren't being brought onto our planes. That meant literally anything that could become a bomb, start a fire, stab someone etc. As for Pearl Harbour, I think that had more of an affect on how we thought our military and defence system was working.

The second industrial revolution changed the industry and trade of Europe in many ways. It changed the conditions under which the workers did their work. The factories centralized work in buildings that were made with one purpose in mind. Products were made differently because of the assembly line so the time when one worker did something from beginning to end was gone. And many craftsmen were replaced by machines of many sorts.
