Answer: The Industrial Revolution created factories which caused rapid urbanization as people moved out of rural areas and into cities to work in factories. People were poor because wages were low and children worked in hideous conditions. The Industrial Revolution also caused a rise in unskilled labor because instead of people working on developing their own pesonal skills or going to school for them, they were working in the factories which did not require skilled labor.

The speaker in “Whoso List to Hunt” ends by warning that the woman is wild although she seems tame.
UkoKoshka [18]

True.

The poet points out that he knows a "worthy hind" (a woman), but that he is not longer after her, since his efforts have been in vain.

He tells the others who follow this woman that the pursuit is fruitless because she has a collar around her neck that says she belongs to Caesar and that she is "wild for to hold", although she seems to be tame.

Which view did William McIntosh share about Creek lands?
Oksanka [162]

On February 12, 1825, only six chiefs, including McIntosh, signed the document. McIntosh's motives have since been debated. His supporters suggest that he acted pragmatically, believing that the Georgians' relentless demand for Creek land made its loss inevitable.
