The measure of ABD=180°- 54°=26°
and then the measure of ADB= x
and x + 26° + 28°= 180°, sum of anlgle in a triagle property
it means x= 180°- 26-28=126°
application of sinus law in the triangle

sin 28 / BD = sin 126/ AD = sin 26/ 25 so we can deduce that

AD= 25sin126 / sin26= 46.12
let 's consider the triangle ADC, so for finding h, we have sin 28 = h / AD
and then h = AD x sin28=21.65

Calculate the height of the tower is 21.65

How do I write a rule for the nth term of the sequence?
crimeas [40]

first of all we have the 5th term and 2nd term

T5=768 =a*r^4

T2=-12=a*r ^1

make a subject of formula in the both equations

that is a=T2/r and T5/r^4

a=12/r and a=768/r^4

when u equate them u will get

-64=r^3 so r=-4 then to find a that is 1st term

since second term is T2=a*r=12 an r=-4 then

a=12/-4 hence a=-3

Graph the line passing through the given point and having the given slope. Give the slope intercept form of the equation of the
shutvik [7]
Equation of the line is y=mx+b
the line passing through point (1;-2) so x=1 y=-2
m=-0.5 so put all these values in equetion and found value of b
-2=-0.5*1+b
-2=-0.5+b
b=-1.5
so equation of the line is y=-0.5x-1.5
Answer:
equation of the line is y=-0.5x-1.5

Does (-24,-12) and (-15,-9) line pass through point (18,2)?
Dmitrij [34]

Find the slope using the formula [ y2-y1/x2-x1 ].

-9-(-12)/-15-(-24)

3/9

1/3

Find the y-intercept using the formula [ y = mx + b ].

y = 1/3x + b

-12 = 1/3(-24) + b

-12 = -8 + b

-4 = b

Use (18, 2) to see if the line passes through it

y = 1/3x - 4

2 = 1/3(18) - 4

2 = 6 - 4

2 = 2 TRUE

Thus, the line does pass through (18, 2).

Best of Luck!
