Find the total pairs:

2 +4 +18 = 24 total pairs.

18 pairs are white.

The probability is the number of white over the total number of pairs:

18/24 = 0.75 = 75%

The answer is 75%

Can someone please help me solve this I don’t have a right calculator to do it!
Leokris [45]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

You can solve it using the calculator that came with windows -- as far back as windows 7. It probably goes back even further, but that's all I can guarantee. Your phone might be able to do it as well.

y = 25000 * 0.007^5

y = 25000 * 1.6807 *10^-11

y = 0.00000042 is what my calculator gives.

Windows can probably do better.

A local hamburger shop sold a combined total of 578 hamburgers and cheeseburgers on Tuesday. There were 72 fewer cheeseburgers s
andreev551 [17]
Let h be hamburgers and c be cheeseburgers.
We know that h + c = 578
We also know that c + 72 = h
This gives us a system of equations we can solve. My preferred method to solve systems is substitution, where we solve one equation for one of the variables, then substitute that solution in the other equation, reducing it to a single variable equation. One of the equations already equals h, so we can go straight into the sub part.
h + c = 578
(c + 72) + c = 578
c2 = 506
c = 253
Finally, we go back to the other equation and solve for h.
c + 72 = h
253 + 72 = h
325 = h
So, total there were 253 cheeseburgers sold, and 325 hamburgers sold.

Which graph represents the solution set for the inequality 8z≤ 16?
uysha [10]

Answer:

The graph in the attached figure

Step-by-step explanation:

we have

8z\leq 16

Solve for z

Divide by 8 both sides

z\leq 16/8

z\leq 2

The solution for z is the interval ----> (-∞,2]

All real numbers less than or equal to 2

In a number line the solution  is the shaded area at left of z=2 (closed circle)

using a graphing tool
