Out of the following given choices;

a) birth control patch

b) birth control pill

c) birth control sponge

The answer is C. Barrier control methods of contraception are those that physically prevent the chances of fusion if egg and sperm. The birth control sponge is a form like substance inserted in the vagina and attached to the cervix and contains spermicide. The device physically closes the opening of the cervix so the sperm doesn’t pass to the uterus. The spermicide also deactivates the sperms. Other barrier control methods of contraception include condoms, diaphragm, and cervical cap.

Barrier methods of contraception would include:

1. Diaphragm

2. Sponge

3.Cervical cap

4.Male condom

5. Female condom

6. Spermicide.

Barrier methods of family planning are physical or chemical barriers that function to prevent conception. They have some advantages and disadvantages. For example some advantages of the diaphragm are that it has no effect on a woman's natural hormones, it can be used while breastfeeding beginning 6 weeks after birth. Some disadvantages  are  that there is increased risk of toxic shock syndrome if diaphragm is left in for more than 24 hours. Also it may have to be used in conjunction with another barrier method to enhance its efficacy.

Anaerobic exercise is generally associated with your cardiovascular fitness
Kruka [31]

Answer:

Technically yes, anaerobic exercise is associated with cardiovascular health.

Explanation:

Aerobic exercise produces energy using a continuous supply of oxygen to sustain the current level of activity without needing additional energy from another source. But anaerobic exercise prompts your body to demand more energy than your aerobic system can produce.

One easy way to remember the difference between the two is the term “aerobic” means “with oxygen,” while “anaerobic” means “without oxygen.”

dangina [55]

Answer: A. Ascending and transverse colons

Explanation:

The ascending and transverse colons will be impaired due to injury because   Blood from the superior mesenteric artery and parasympathic nerve fibres from the vagus nerve is collected by the ascending and transverse colon.

However, blood from the lower mesenteric artery and parasympathic nerve fibres from the pelvic splanchnic nerve originating from sacral spinal nerves (S2-S4) is provided by the descending and sigmoid colons.

Hence, the correct answer is  A. "Ascending and transverse colons".
