Either less than two appeals are succesful, or at least two are. The sum of the probabilities of these events is decimal 1. So

P(X < 2) + P(X \geq 2) = 1

P(X < 2) = P(X = 0) + P(X = 1) = 0.0025 + 0.0207 = 0.0232

P(X \geq 2) = 1 - P(X < 2) = 1 - 0.0232 = 0.9768

0.9768 = 97.68% probability that at least two of the appeals will be successful
