1. Mercury is the smallest planet in the solar system. It takes 88 days for it to orbit around the sun and It was named after the messenger mercury.
2. Venus Takes 224 days to orbit around the sun and its the second planet to the sun so its temperature is pretty hot. It distance to the sun is 67.24 million miles.
3. Our dear earth is the 3rd planet to the sun and for obvious reasons is the only planet able to maintain life on it.
4.Mars is the fourth planet from the sun and is the second most small in size from the other planets. It takes 687 days to orbit around the sun.
5. The fifth planet from the sun, jupiter is the most biggest in mass size within the solar system. The time it takes to orbit the sun completely is 11.862 years. Due to its big size this planet is very slow.
6. 2nd to biggest planet in the solar system is saturn. Its mostly made out of gas,ice and other molecules.
7. finally The last planet is neptune. Neptune being so far away from the sun it's obvious that its cold. neptune being the last gas giant planet its 2.795 billion miles away from the sun.

I WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST!!!
Nesterboy [21]

Answer:

25%

Explanation:

When looking at a pedigree remember that:

  • squares are males
  • circles are females
  • the solid colored figure represents an individual affected by a disease
  • the empty figure represents a healthy individual

Let us assign the symbol X⁺ to represent the dominant allele linked to the X-chromosome and expressing healthiness, and X⁻ to represent the recessive allele expressing the dissease.

According to this pedigree

  • I1 is a man affected by the disease, YX⁻
  • I2 is a healthy woman X⁺X⁻
  • we can see that among the progeny (generation II) there are two individuals affected (a boy and a girl) and one healthy girl. This means that the mother I2 is heterozygous for the trait.

So, having their genotypes we can know what are the probabilities of getting a son with DMD

Parentals) YX⁻ x X⁺X⁻

Gametes) Y X⁻ X⁺ X⁻

Punnett square)

                        X⁺ X⁻

            X⁻ X⁺X⁻ X⁻X⁻

            Y X⁺Y X⁻Y

F1)

  • The probabilities of getting a healthy daughter X⁺X⁻ are 25%
  • The probabilities of getting a healthy son X⁺Y are 25%
  • The probabilities of getting a daughter with DMD X⁻X⁻ are 25%
  • The probabilities of getting a son with DMD X⁻Y are 25%

Animals get carbon by eating plants or by eating other animals.

so the correct answer would be C

The lion eats an herbivore that ate the grass

Plants use carbon dioxide for photosynthesis. By doing so, they remove inorganic carbon from the atmosphere and incorporate it into the plants’ tissues in the form of organic carbon (sugar and starch).

Carbon is returned to an inorganic state in a number of ways. As an animal breathes (respires), it exhales carbon dioxide, returning it back to the atmosphere. When an animal or plant dies, it is broken down by bacteria and fungi and again the carbon is released (this process is called decomposition).

Sometimes, instead of completely decomposing, a plant or animal may be fossilised, leading to its carbon being stored in a rock. After millions of years and under the right conditions, these fossils may turn into fossil fuels (oil, coal and natural gas).

hope this helps!!
