1. ratio = 2 c of dressing / 4 lb of vegetables
Use two variables: d for the number of c of dressing and v for the number of pounds of vegetables.
Then d / v = 2/4 = 1/2 => d = v/2
Now you can make a table

And you can draw a line for the points (2,1); (4,2); (6,3), (8,4) ... the slope of the graph is the ratio = 1/2
