TRUE.

A person may feel embarrassed to take an attitude that is incompatible with what is expected. This occurs for several reasons, for an error or for lack of knowledge or planning.

Therefore, it is very important to analyze the options when you are going to make a choice and make a decision. However, if a person is embarrassed or humiliated, we should minimize that bad impact on the person and help him/her.

What can you do if you got married under false pretense?
Lerok [7]
False pretense must be interpreted by the courts and some circumstances automatically qualify as a false pretense, such as bigamy, when one of the parties is married already.  This breaks the marriage contract and qualifies for a voiding of the marriage.  Claiming to be 'with child', is a false pretense if a child is not born within 10 months of marriage. Impotence may qualify for a false pretense ruling under certain circumstances.   If the courts decide your marriage should never have taken place then you make seek an annulment.  The best advice is to visit a lawyer.

Is globalization a danger to local cultures? Why, or why not?
Anastaziya [24]

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

Globalization is a huge danger to local cultures because it can rob them of their identify by imposing a fit-for-all culture known all over the world.

Local cultures prosper because they are local and unique, far away from the global influence. Globalization brings people together but it also makes them all look alike because they are exposed to the same influences, in culture, business or politics. Some local tradition may become too old fashioned for many to be still followed and they may disappear, especially if the young people reject them because they don't seem attractive any longer. To prevent local culture, some rituals have to be maintained and pass over to the next generation, globalization jeopardizes this process and some local cultures may become extinct in the end.
