Answer:Based on the image shown, a group of people has a similar response in a Super Bowl party where the social situation is a touchdown from the same team. An overwhelming joy that would make your arms raised and yell “YES”. Meanwhile, the other team might be upset that the team they are supporting did not get the precious touchdown. Moreover, the men who wears red were all reacting in a similar manner for they all had their arms behind their heads with disappointment on their faces and on the other hand, the men in yellow had their arms up and were happy and excited with the touchdown.

Nataly [62]

Answer:

a buyer in the ordinary course of business

Explanation:

The answer is --

a buyer in the ordinary course of business

Since Dan was unaware of the necklace and he buys the necklace from the Necklace Nook to gift it to Megan, his wife, thus Dan becomes a normal buyer in the ordinary course of business who purchases the item from a shop.

Krista can sue Necklace Nook for the fraud but can not file any charges against Dan because he is an innocent buyer of the item. He is not guilty but a normal buyer in the business.

Thus the answer is --

a buyer in the ordinary course of business
