That statement is false.
Accoring to expectancy theory, we would most likely have higher motivation to complete a task if we believe that we have a necessary skill set to accomplish it. In Leticia's situation, i believe Leticia would be much more likely to give up and pursue another interest rather than pursuing the thing that she has a small chance of completing.

A newspaper office runs smoothly because each employee has a specific job that leads to newspapers being printed and distributed
IrinaK [193]

A newspaper office runs smoothly because each employee has a specific job that leads to newspapers being printed and distributed. emile durkheim would call this organic solidarity.

Organic solidarity is based on the premise that individuals can collectively mix and live together in society. It is contrasted by mechanical solidarity, which often refers to pre-industrialized social settings, whereby communities were mostly isolated and had homogeneous social traits.

Émile Durkheim's Organic Solidarity is a theory that explains how we work together, we divide work and how this causes us to depend on each other. An example is when in a school sale some are responsible for making the product, perhaps cupcakes, others to buy the ingredients to make them, other students sell them and others charge them. To do the job completely, we must depend on others and work in solidarity.

Jason owns a house and property in Ogden, Utah. He does NOT live in the home now, but plans to retire there. He is able to rent
GalinKa [24]

This house of the Jason is investment asset because he is not living up in his Ogden’s house while people (sports enthusiast and their families) are willing to take that house on rent.

Explanation:

According to me this house is a very good investment asset because people (sports enthusiast and their families) are willing to take that house on rent while he is not living up there. The every month rent money can be seen as the good lifetime investment or return cost of his property.

This property is real estate which is good source of generating money to continuous years or lifetime though he need to spend on damage or maintenance cost.
