The Tell-Tale Heart By: Edgar Allen Poe Claim: The storyteller believes that he is not crazy although he is. From the beginning,

the narrator was attempting to convince the reader that he was not crazy although he was bothered over his neighbor's eye. The pace of the story-line began from the narrator admitting how he had a bad feeling whenever the old man's vulture eye looked at the narrator but didn't think that the narrator was crazy over it. Soon enough throughout the story the narrator was driven crazy over the vulture looking eye from the old man and decided to kill the old man. Although from the reader's perspective it seems to look like the narrator was crazy, the narrator did not think so. The narrator had planned very meticulously over the thought of killing to old man and acted out on it. Once the deed was done, the police came by to check because a neighbor reported suspicious activity by the old man's home. The narrator let the police in the house search it and the narrator had explained how the old man was gone to visit a friend out in the country and the police believed him. But the narrator's guilt got to him and put him on edge. He behaved more and more suspicious and finally let a cry out of admitting to killing the man because the narrator thought the policemen were on to him. The way that the mood affected me was that the narrator had begun to admit that he was a normal person, perfectly fine. But once the narrator put out the exposition it started to give out the expression that he was crazy and him denying that he wasn't crazy made the narrator even more suspicious. To conclude my claim, I see that narrator is genuinely crazy and that even though he convinced his own self and attempted to prove the reader he wasn't crazy, in the end, he was.

PLEASE HELP NEED THIS DONE BY THE END OF THE DAY!!! Write a brief objective summary of chapter 2 of Trash Vortex. Be sure to inc
dangina [55]

I'm just putting it here to ;)

Summary of Trash Vortex:

Plastic started to flood into people's lives. It replaced lots of other materials too. Also, it would be transformed into new objects. Children would play with plastic putty. This shows us that plastic is really popular, but the cost of being popular can harm our environment. People use plastic materials in their modern life. Plastic offered other conveniences such as disposable items like plates, cups, napkins. Although they're all meant to be thrown away after use.

Plastic trash began to accumulate in waterways. This caused waterways to be polluted and non-safe drinking water with diseases. For example, Ohio's river was so polluted with chemicals it caught on fire. causing to catch the attention of government leaders. The federal clean water act added rules in 1972 on industrial plants along waterways. That said waterways continued to trash accumulating a bit in reason of wind sweeping plastic and other non-disposable items.

I'm not sure if this is correct if Trash Vortex is about plastic and pollution, but I'm glad I helped. :)

How does the poet’s reference to the portrayal of love in films and songs contribute to the poem’s meaning
frozen [14]

This question is about the poem "What Love Isn't"

Answer:

They contribute by showing that lived love is very different from assisted or heard love.

Explanation:

The poem shows that experiencing love is completely different from everything we watch or hear, especially in relation to the films, because the films show an easy love, where everything is resolved quickly with happiness and joy. However, in real life, love goes through very difficult trials that can often overcome love.

Music on the other hand, has a more realistic view of love, but also idealized and very particular to the singer and composer. Since, each person has a different experience on how to love.
