Answer:

Max: 500

Min: 492

Step-by-step explanation:

Her dog is on an 8 meter leash but it doesn't necessarily take up the whole leash. The most is could be closer to her house than Morgan is 8 meters, the least is 0.

Most: 500-0=500

Min: 500-8=492

Please rate, thank, and mark branliest (not necessarily mine) Hope this helps :)

The answer for 10 2/3×31/8 rounded to the nearest whole number?
BigorU [14]
10 \frac{2}{3} ( \frac{31}{8}) can be changed into this equation:

\frac{32}{3}( \frac{31}{8}  )

The 32 and 8 have a common factor of 8 and can be simplified to become this equation:

\frac{4}{3} ( \frac{31}{1})

Now multiply across to get \frac{124}{3} which then simplifies to 41 \frac{1}{3} which as a decimal is 41.333 (repeating 3s). Nearest whole number is 41.

Your answer is 41

On Monday,it took Helen 3 hours to do a page of science homework exercises.The next day she did the same number of exercises in
Blababa [14]

Answer:

It's 3/2p!

Step-by-step explanation:

Because Helen do the same number of exercises on 2 days, the time to do and the average rate are  inversely proportional!

So, if on Monday, Helen's average rate is p then on the next day, her average rate is:

p × 3 ÷ 2 = \frac{3p}{2}

=3/2p

What is the equation of the line that is parallel to the line y = -1/3x+4
RUDIKE [14]

Answer:

B

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation of a line in slope- intercept form is

y = mx + c ( m is the slope and c the y- intercept )

y = - \frac{1}{3} x + 4 ← is i slope- intercept form

with slope m = - \frac{1}{3}

Parallel lines have equal slopes, thus

y = - \frac{1}{3} x + c ← is the partial equation

To find c substitute (6, 5) into the partial equation

5 = - 2 + c ⇒ c = 5 + 2 = 7

y = - \frac{1}{3} x + 7 ← equation of parallel line
