Begin by considering a relaxed muscle. In this state, the myosin molecules of the thick filaments are not in contact with the ac

tin of the thin filaments, and ADP and Pi are bound to the myosin heads. An action potential on the muscle cell plasma membrane initiates contraction of the sarcomeres from this relaxed state.

Answer:

Three different types of muscles are cardiac muscle, smooth muscle and skeletal muscle. The movement of muscle require the protein like actin, myosin and troponin.

The contraction and relaxation of muscle occurs in the sequential events. The cross bridge formation occurs by the myosin head with actin. The inorganic phosphate is released by myosin. The actin is pulled by myosin towards the sarcomere center. The binding of ATP with myosin occurs. The actin and myosin cross bridge breaks and the hydrolysis of ATP occurs by myosin. Finally, the extension of myosin heads.

This type of mutation occurs when one or more base pairs are added to the gene sequence. PLEASEEEEE HELPPPPP MEEEE!!!!
aksik [14]

Answer:

Insertion

Explanation:

Mutation is a phenomenon in which the nucleotide sequence of a gene in DNA is changed into a new sequence due to insertion, deletion or  exchange of a gene segment.

Insertion is a type of  mutation in which one or more than pne base sequence in added into the DNA of an organism. This insertion may or may not be dangerous depending on the place of insertion and how it is causing adverse effects on the protein product of the gene.

Here is an example of insertion mutation:

Base sequence: AUG GCC TGC

Product:           met     ala      gln

Insertion:

Base sequence: AUG GCC   C TG     C

Product:              met     ala      Leu

So we can see that the product protein is changed because of insertion.

Hope it helps!

Answer:

Explanation:

The third-quarter moon, also known as the last quarter moon, rises around midnight and sets around noon. Crescent Waning From our vantage point, the Moon is nearly back to the point in its orbit where its dayside directly faces the Sun, and all we see is a thin curve

When you look at a waxing crescent moon, you see a thin fraction of the moon's illuminated side and a larger fraction of the moon's night side, which is submerged in the moon's own shadow. Earthshine on a waxing crescent moon

The Decline The Gibbous phase occurs when the illuminated portion of the Moon decreases from 99.9 percent to 50.1 percent. It begins shortly after the Full Moon and continues until the Third Quarter Moon. Waning refers to the fact that it is shrinking and becoming smaller, whereas gibbous refers to the oval-to-round shape.

Hope this helps you!
