Faulty designs of the experiment or inconsistent data are problems because the scientist will not be able to properly conclude something out of them. Before the scientist will be able to use the data obtained, he will need to make data cleaning which will be time consuming.

Answer:

That is a significant problem because variables weren't controlled properly.

Explanation:

There're several reason to this:

 1. Strange variable alter results.
 2. The final hypothesis analysis doesn't have any scientific effect.
 3. Faulty design is big problem, because scientist didn't reproduce the experiment with the correct treat of variables.
 4. Inconsistent data could even incur in data manipulation, which basically is lying to academic public.
 5. Finally, the main problem is that they need to reproduce the experiment again, implementing another design and being more careful with data treatments.

Find the ratio of speeds of an electron and a negative hydrogen ion (one having an extra electron) accelerated through the same
Tju [1.3M]

Answer:

42.8

Explanation:

A particle travelling through potential difference V has energy E =qV = 1/2mv²

v = √(2qV / m)

ve = √(2qV / me)

vh = √(2qV / mh)

ve / vh = √( (2qV / me) ÷(2qV / mh) = √ ( mh / me ) where mh = mass of hydrogen ion and me is mass of electron, V voltage is the same, ve is speed of electron and vh is the speed of hydrogen ion

ve / vh = √ ( mh / me ) = √ ( 1.67 × 10⁻²⁷ kg) / ( 9.11 × 10 ⁻³¹ kg) = 42.8

What type of rock commonly often contains gas bubbles and the mineral(s) hornblende, muscovite, olivine, lucite, and/or plagiocl
olga_2 [115]

Scoria

Explanation:

Scoria is a rock that is commonly made up of gas bubbles and minerals such as hornblende, muscovite, olivine, lucite and or plagioclase.

Scoria is an extrusive igneous rock with a lot of cavities and vesicles indicating gas bubbles.

 • Scoria is product of basaltic magma.
 • It has nearly the same composition as basalt since it originates from it.
 • They silica deficient and very fine grained with holes in them.
 • The holes shows channels by which trapped gases are forcefully ejected out.
 • They are usually found associated with cindercone volcanoes.
