For example, if you are not very good at running, you maybe want to set a goal like "try to run 1 mile without getting tired this month". This is a difficult goal to reach, but it is realistic. If you had said "Run 100 miles without getting tired this month", this is unrealistic because you are not very fit

Both in aerobics and dancing there is a lot of excercise going on...like salsa dancing, ballet, and break dancing...you use a lot of muscles jumping, twirling, and repetitions.

Stress negatively affects our health; it can cause disease or at least make you more prone to disease, it can cause you lose hair, it affects your mental stability, your sleep patterns among many other things. Two ways you can change the way you live that will reduce the stress in your life could be: 1) not over-working yourself and; 2) getting enough rest each night.
