I believe the correct answer is Option A and Option D

Hard parts such as skin, horns and paws help animals to survive on land and fight against the predators. For example, Rhinos have thick and hard skin which helps rhinos to bear high temperature, predator attacks and other environmental conditions.

Similarly, elephants have a huge body with thick skin which keeps them safe in their zone. Hard parts of body also help animals to fight against diseases as well.

Why does water of salt gets salty?
SVEN [57.7K]

Answer:

Salt in the ocean comes from rocks on land. The rain that falls on the land contains some dissolved carbon dioxide from the surrounding air. This causes the rainwater to be slightly acidic due to carbonic acid (which forms from carbon dioxide and water).

siniylev [52]
The answer is c. oxygen.

Cellular respiration includes glycolysis, link reaction, Krebs cycle, and electron transport chain (ETC), in that order. The main function of ETC is a production of ATP.  In this series of oxidation-reduction reactions, electrons from the previous stages of cellular respiration are taken and transported to the oxygen which is the final acceptor of electrons. As the result, water and ATP are produced.
