I believe the correct answer is Option A and Option D

Hard parts such as skin, horns and paws help animals to survive on land and fight against the predators. For example, Rhinos have thick and hard skin which helps rhinos to bear high temperature, predator attacks and other environmental conditions.

Similarly, elephants have a huge body with thick skin which keeps them safe in their zone. Hard parts of body also help animals to fight against diseases as well.

What happens to the phosphates when plants and animals die?
andrew-mc [135]

Answer:

When plants and animals die, organic molecules also undergoes decomposition and this causes the incorporated phosphates to go back to the soil or bodies of water.

Explanation:

Phosphates are naturally related to <u>"phosphorus."</u> <em>They play a vital role in the life of animals and plants. </em>Phosphorus can be commonly be found on the earth's land and water (although the land has a smaller amount of it). <u>Plants naturally absorb phosphate from where they're growing. Animals take up phosphates by eating plants.</u> The phosphate that plants get from the soil are considered inorganic. They only become organic when it is incorporated into the plants DNA (since this is an organic molecule).

So, this means that if there's a sufficient amount of phosphate, there will be more plants on earth as it is also important in the process of acquiring nutrients.

When animals and plants die, all of the organic molecules such as phosphate also breaks down and thus, it falls back to the soil or bodies of water. Then, they are ready to enter another Phosphorus cycle.

how does drooping the sticks on the table and transcribing the letters on the sides facing up follow mendel's law of segregation
scoray [572]

Answer:

Drooping the sticks on the table and transcribing the letters on the sides facing up follow Mendel's law of segregation by showing the segregation determining which alleles end up in the gamete.

Explanation:

  • The Mendel's law of segregation states that the allele pairs always separate and segregate at gamete formation process and they randomly unite at the fertilization.
  • When fertilization process is carried, the new organism developed has multiple factors for each trait, one from each parent.
  • So the bending or drooping of the sticks and transcribing letter follows that law proposed by Mendel in 1860s.
  • This law is also commonly known as the purity of gametes.
