If you know how to divide by decimal you have to divide 55 ÷ 4.5 and you would get 12 but if you don't know keep multipling a number times 4.5 but overall if you don't want to do all the work the answer is going to be (55×4.5=12 or 4.5×12=55— 12 houses)
