When asked about their coffee consumption for the past year, it was found that the cancer cases drank more coffee than the controls. Answer:it is very likely that the people who have been hospitalised due to pancreatic cancer have been smoking most of their lives or all their lives , smoking has been found to be the reason why most people's bodies demand more caffeine hence they end up drinking more coffee than the average non smoking individuals. However , the cancer is due to their smoking habit.

Explanation:Studies have shown that smoking causes the person to metabolize caffeine faster. For this reason people who smoke end up ingesting more caffeine.

We all know smoking is a culprit cause for cancer. The likely cause here is not coffee but smoking.

Answer:

There is a possibility that hospitalized people as a result of pancreatic cancer must have been involved in habits such as smoking their entire lives or most of their lives. Most people use coffee because of their habit of smoking and hence smokers drink more coffee than people who do not smoke. Hence cancer may be as a result of smoking and not the coffee.
