Answer: Henry probably has a high amount of cholesterol in his heart chambers.

Explanation: too much cholesterol in the heart can be due to being overweight from a poor eating habit and diet. The cholesterol block the valves in the heart making it difficult for him to undergo even the mildest exercise without feeling pain in the chest. This blockage is also the culprit for his high blood pressure.

Usually hypertension is defined as blood pressure above 140/90, and is considered severe if the pressure is above 180/120.

Some of the causes of Hypertension are;

Smoking, being overweight or obese, lack of physical activity, too much salt in the diet, too much alcohol consumption (more than 1 to 2 drinks per day), stress, older age, genetics, family history of high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, adrenal and thyroid disorders and sleep apnea.

Signs and symptoms of Hypertension include;

Severe headache, fatigue or confusion, vision problems, chest pain, difficulty breathing, irregular heartbeat, blood in the urine, pounding in your chest, neck, or ears.

Treatment/management of Hypertension is with eating a healthier diet with less salt, exercising regularly and taking medication can help lower blood pressure,physical exercise, stress management, quitting smoking, home blood pressure monitors and low sodium diet.

Some of the anti-hypertensive medications are ACE inhibitor (Lisinopril), Diuretic ( frusemide), Beta blocker(labetalol), Calcium channel blocker(nifedipine) and Vasodilator (hydralazine)
