Wellness is the overall state of your being having balanced the physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotional aspects. The importance of your peer group links it with your social aspect. Peer group helps you grow as a person by interacting with them. You can learn something from them aside what you have learned at home or in school. Their behaviors, matching your own challenges you why you are different from them. This will help you realize the importance of your per group.<span>
