The Overload Principle is a basic fitness training concept. It means that in order to improve, athletes must continue to work harder as they their bodies adjust to existing workouts.

The first step you should take when you want to determine the amount of overload and include it into an exercise program would be to assess your current level of fitness and slowly and steadily you can increase the frequency, intensity and time.

When drinking alcohol reduces your natural and learned inhibitions, which consequence follows?
never [62]

The answer is B) Poor decisions.

The question is asking about specifically what happens when alcohol reduces our inhibitions, the answer therefore would be that we make poor decisions because alcohol makes us more confident, open and able to do things we wouldn't normally do but that isn't necessarily a good thing and many many people make bad decisions when they are drunk and do things they would never do sober.

All the other answers are consequences of drinking but do not relate to losing one's inhibitions.
