I told you in my answer that I was writing that you have to remember that in math any whole number converted to a fraction is over 1. So make the 10 a 10/1.

10/1 divided by 2/3 copy change flip.

10/1 x 3/2 multiple across 30/2 divide that answer is 15. You can cut 15 boards that are 2/3 in length from a 10 foot long board.

63degrees

Step-by-step explanation:

there are multiple ways to do this

for one, angle a = angle e (corresponding angles)

angle f + angle e = 180 degrees (angles on a straight line)

angle f = 180 degrees - angle e where angle e = angle a = 117degrees

so angle f = 63 degrees.

How would you write 4n + 3 as a verbal expression
Tatiana [17]

4 times a number increased by 3.

When we have a number that appears

right before a variable, it means multiplication.

So 4n means the same thing as 4 times a number.

Remember, n is a variable which is just a

letter that represents any number.

Since we are adding 3 to 4n, we can say

4 times a number increased by 3.

So 4n + 3 can be written as 4 times a number increased by 3.
