Answer:

The U.S Constitution doesn't say anything about the way local governments should be organized. Which means that it is up to each state organize itself.

According to historian David Barron there's an attempt of the 10th amendment referring to local governments but it is no, this amendment states "The power not delegated to the U.S by the constitution, neither denied by it to the states, are in charge of each state, or to the people " That last line is the one the historian misunderstands, but that is not enough argument.

Anettt [7]

Answer:

bona fide occupational qualifications

Explanation:

In this scenario, the government likely was able to prevail because of bona fide occupational qualifications. This refers to a quality or an attribute that employers are allowed to consider when deciding whether or not to hire an individual candidate. Usually, this is in regard to a quality or trait, that under other circumstances, would be considered discrimination. In this case, the trait in question is Fluent Bilingual Skills, and here it is not considered discrimination because this skill is necessary and an employee without them may put lives at risk.

Answer: Social psychologists would call this confusion a cosequence of pluralistic ignorance

Explanation:

Pluralistic ignorance is a situation in which most members of a group privately reject a rule, but go along with it since they incorrectly assume that most others accept it. This is also described as "no one believes, but everyone thinks that everyone believes". In a nutshell, pluralistic ignorance is a bias about a social group, supported by the members of that social group.
