+1/2       +1/2=
     -1/5v=7/6
       *-5     *-5=
           v=35/6
           v=5 5/6

Add 1/2 to both sides
-1/5 v = (4/6)+(3/6)
-1/5 v = (7/6)
Multiply -5 on both sides
v = -35/6
v = - 5 5/6
