What qualifications and personal characteristics do you think are needed by supreme court justices

History

stira [4]2 years ago

A Supreme Court justice must be many things all at the same time.

Justice Roberts once described his job as being an Umpire that can call balls and strikes, that is, an apolitical arbiter that can politely work with the other judges to come to informed and wise decisions on a wide matter of law.

A Judge should be empathetic, learned, and cautious. Their rulings are capable of affecting the lives of many and Judges rule on final death row appeals.

Which belief is shared by Jews, Christians, and Muslims?
likoan [24]

Answer:

People should rest one day a week.

Explanation:

Although both religions were born in the same region and based on the same mythological belief, the culture of peoples eventually led them to different paths and situations of intense conflict that deviate or even address the precept of both religions. However, even in the face of differences, Christians, Jews, and Muslims share some similarities, such as faith in one God and belief in a messiah. In addition, Judaism, Islam, and for a long time Christianity believed that one day of the week should be reserved so that everyone could use that day only for worship and prayers to the one God, that day was represented by the seventh day of the week. which represented the day God rested when He created the universe.

Vika [28.1K]

Answer:

Marion’s brigade was the name given to Francis Marion and his squadron of 150 men during the American Revolution. This brigade has its own significance and importance in the American history. Francis Marion was the general who had changed the whole story of the war in the South.

The Marion’s Brigade was to chase out the Redcoats from South Carolina and thereby setting up the final British defeat at Yorktown. This brigade actually used the most unexpected things to win the war. He utilised the swamps, the waterways and the marshes of the South Carolina. The strategy was to attack the enemies, take them by surprise and then disappear into the swamp again.
