Which aspect of the new federal government established by the Constitutional Convention bestreflected the goals of the supporter
maxonik [38]

The Senate  bestreflected the goals of the supporters of the New Jersey Plan.

Option A

<u>Explanation: </u>

The New Jersey Program was one way of governing the United States. Instead of the nation, the plan called for one vote by each government in Congress. On 15 June 1787 William Paterson, a New Jersey representative, presented it to the Constitutional amendment.

Perhaps most notably the Connecticut Negotiation was adopted, which created a bicameral congressional concept with the United States.

The Senate divided by population in accordance with the plan of Virginia and the Senate, in compliance with the plan of New Jersey, awarded equal votes by province.

When the agreements were made, William Paterson and other delegates from smaller countries poured themselves in front of the new Constitution. Although the New Jersey Policy of Paterson was vetoed, the debates over his plan guaranteed the US. With every country having two representatives, the Senate would be organized.

Which feature of the Declaration of Independence is NOT emphasized in the South Carolina Declaration of Secession? a) the inalie
liraira [26]

Answer: a) the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness

Explanation:

The State of Southern Carolina began it's Secession Declaration by stating that... "<em>deems it due to herself, to the remaining United States of America, and to the nations of the world, that she should declare the immediate causes which have led to this act</em>". This invalidates option D because they believe themselves obliged to declare their reason for seeking independence.

The Declaration then speaks on the notion that Governments are established by humans to aid them to certain ends. End which if not met, constitute a just cause to remove the Government from power. This invalidates option B.

In the last part of the Declaration, South Carolina alluded to its reasons for seeking independence being that the Northern Non-slave states had violated statutes that required them to return slaves who escaped from a slave state. This invalidates Option C.

Option A was never alluded to in the Secession Declaration of South Carolina and little wonder why. As a state that was in support of slavery, to maintain that all people had<em> the inalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, </em>they would have been invalidating the institution of slavery and so they abstained from emphasising it.

Who was more at fault for the superficial prosperity of the 1920s
SSSSS [86.1K]
Best Answer:<span>  </span><span>prosperity was superficial in the 1920's mainly because america had the policy of isolation. prices and taxes were lowered, also giving americans the options of buying goods on the margin, paying companies back in small installments. banks freely gave big loans for little in return. unknowingly, americans were just creating huge debt for themselves. they were borrowing, unaware of how much their money was mounting up. this became apparent after the wall street crash of october 29th 1929 where all banks had to be closed for 4 days, and only the stable banks which had money left could reopen.
