Answer:

the kinetic energy is dissipated at the time of impact. In a situation where the stationary vehicle is pushed some distance, only part of the kinetic energy is dissipated into that vehicle until there is sufficient transfer of energy to accelerate it and cause it to move some distance. The remaining kinetic energy is dissipated by the striking vehicle as it comes to a stop where the struck vehicle used to be. So without getting too technical, the answer is yes, because whatever kinetic energy is dissipated, it will always be dissipated quickly.

What caused the Stonewall Rebellion or riot?
Mrac [35]

Answer:

The Stonewall riots (also referred to as the Stonewall uprising or the Stonewall rebellion) were a series of spontaneous, violent demonstrations by members of the gay (LGBT) community against a police raid that began in the early morning hours of June 28, 1969, at the Stonewall Inn in the Greenwich Village neighborhood

Explanation:

lot has changed for LGBTQ Americans in the 50 years since June 28, 1969, when an uprising in response to a police raid at the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in Manhattan’s West Village neighborhood, kicked off a new chapter of grassroots activism. The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down state bans on same-sex marriage; the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy has come and gone; one of the candidates for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination is gay.

But one thing that has changed surprisingly little is the narrative about what exactly happened that night. In half a century, we haven’t gained any new major information about how Stonewall started, and even experts and eyewitnesses remain unsure how exactly things turned violent.

“We have, since 1969, been trading the same few tales about the riots from the same few accounts — trading them for so long that they have transmogrified into simplistic myth,”

zavuch27 [327]

Answer:Both men and women are at high risk of Military Sexual Trauma. It is believed that reports of sexual assault or harassment of military service members is widely underreported. In 2007, the VA Health Care System found that reported rates of MST were 22% among female veterans, and 1.2% among male veterans.

These rates have increased in recent years. In April of 2014, the Service Women’s Action Network and Vietnam Veterans of America filed a petition with U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In their petition, they claimed:

Explanation: Military Sexual Trauma (MST) is any sexual harassment, assault, or continued sexual threat that service members experience while in military service. Both men and women can be victims of MST, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs offers free treatment for those who have suffered Military Sexual Trauma or assault.

What kind of message did appeasement send to Hitler? Why was this a turning point towards war?
lidiya [134]

The appeasement made his hopes for imperialism stronger. This made the war possible.

Explanation:

The appeasement policies on Germany by the Allied powers meant that they were in the middle of an expansion spree and Hitler's popularity had soared because of it.

As the other nations did not do much to prevent it the Germans were hoping they would not care when the invade other nations too.

This became the root of the conflict as when the nations retaliated Germany locked down and started the war against them for which it had prepared more than the others,
