Help!!!! Which Health component describes the ability to deal with stress? A) Physical health, B) mental and emotional health, C
Alisiya [41]
I would say D) All of the above. Metal and emotional health is what's going on inside of you. Your brain. Stress is an inside thing. Something that our minds have to deal with. BUT, it's also a physical thing. What goes on in our minds can affect what we do outwardly. If we are sressed and have a lot of pressure, sometimes we don't make the best choices for our bodies. Social health to because our actions and emotions can affect other people. We can make decisions that affect them as well as us. So the answer is D) All the above.

mariarad [96]

Answer:

Take family walks to parks and on trails

Encourage sandbox time

go to pools or any kind of water play

Make an obstacle course in your living room or backyard with pillows or cardboard (got to keep it safe :) )

Play pretend games.

do physical puzzles together, its good to include rewards.
