That's true.

Copyright is the set of prerogatives conferred by legislation to any natural or legal person who has created an intellectual work, and serves to ensure jurifically that the use of the work and its respective benefits are the creator, under penalty of suit in case of misuse.

However, there are some situations where US law authorizes the use of copyrighted works by third parties, depending on the purpose.

The perimited purposes are educational, cultural, critical and incentive to research and dissemination of knowledge, and it is prohibited to use for profit and commercial purposes.

A builder contracted to build a house for a newly married couple. Terms of the contract provided that the builder would receive
svp [43]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

As per the contract, the builder is supposed to receive the payment once the entire building is fully completed. When a tornado struck the area and demolished the building, the contractor finds himself at square one with nothing to show for.

The law is enforced in literal terms and unless a fully constructed building stands there, the contract will not be fulfilled and he will not be paid.

Therefore the statement above is true in its form.
