Answer:

Taking walks together.

Explanation:

If families were taking walks, it can lower their blood pressure, improve sleep which creates more energy. It also increases the HDL (healthy cholesterol) and reduces the risks of cancer and can enhance your immune system.

Watching movies together is sitting down for long periods of time and slows down metabolism, which affects the body's ability to regulate blood pressure and blood sugar, and break down body fat. This can lead to obesity, type 2 diabetes and stroke.

Attending church together does not involve much exercise as you are standing up and sitting down.

Going shopping together involves walking around the shop and it is does involve some exercise but you are more likely to cover a bigger surface area by taking walks together, in a park for example, than a shop.

Hope this helps ;-)

marshall27 [118]

One of the key and defining characteristics of innate immunity is that it creates stronger, faster, and more specific responses to invaders upon repeated exposure/infection.

Immunity is a defense system we are born with and it protects against all antigens. Innate immunity involves barriers that keep harmful materials from entering your body. Immunity forms the barrier of first line of defense in the immune response.

Four main components of immunity include effector cells, antimicrobial peptides, soluble mediators, and cell receptors.  Innate immune responses rely on the body's ability to recognize conserved features of pathogens that are not present in the uninfected host.
