Eccrine glands are the major sweat glands of the human body,  they are usually located virtually on all skin, but more profoundly found  in palm and soles, Eccrine glands are energetic and actively participating in heat regulation by cooling the body, thereby evaporating water through secretion of sweat (which it  major components are: 99% water, sodium chloride, trace amounts of wastes, and vitamin C ) on body surfaces and emotional induced sweating such as fear,pain,stress etc. Most especially, the glands on palms and soles do not respond to temperature but secrete at times of emotional stress.
