I think the answer is C) 4x=12 but I am not sure. Please help and explain!!

You are correct, C) 4x = 12.

So, if 4 people are eating 12 pieces of pizza, simply divide 12 by 4 and there's your answer!

12 / 4 = 3     Each person gets 3 slices of pizza.
