We are given

weight of watermelon =4.5kg

In pounds:

we know that

1kg=2.2lb

so, we have

w=4.5kg

we can also write as

w=4.5\times 1kg

now, we can replace 1kg

and we get

w=4.5\times 2.2lb

w=9.9lb

In ounces:

We have got

w=9.9lb

we know that

1 lb=16 oz

so, we can also write as

w=9.9\times 1lb

we can replace 1lb

and we get

w=9.9\times 16 oz

w=158.4 oz.............Answer
