How are standards in journalism still relevant and important in today's media, opinion, and media-saturated world?
qwelly [4]
The standard is still important (arguably even more important compared to past situation) because due to the development of social media, the flow of information became extremely easy to consume.

Even though this might good for average people, we cannot deny the fact that this could also make it easier for someone who want to intentionally spread misinformation.

The Supreme Court decision in Brown v. Board of Education reversed which long-standing restrictive practice allowed by the Court
marissa [1.9K]

Even though there existed equal but separate, the doctrine was, however, overturned by the American court verses the education board. Therefore the implementation regarding the changes required long decisions that sometimes were deemed violent.

The decision, therefore, promoted a turning point of civil rights in America. However, it did not take long before they decreed the nation’s highest court, which changed the minds of many in those centuries. After a number of years there was an increased improvement that the court has experienced.
