Locke has defined the state of nature as a state where every men has his own freedom to make his decisions and to dispose their persons and possession which fits in the bounds of law of nature.

In this state no one has to take permission from anyone to act or to make any decision related to anyone. Since no one has control over anyone’s act, hence all men are equal in this state of nature.

Which vision of America do you find more compelling that of the federalists or that of the democratic republicans
aev [14]

The vision of the democratic republicans seems much better.

Explanation:

The federalist view of the nation as a construction of asseverate number of states that assert their own identity is not something that the nation has grown into.

In the past decades the nation has been homogeneous and shares more importantly, the core values that are not related to the place they come from or the religion or the race they are from but their shared idea of what US is.

This is something that is there in the work of the democrats and republicans but does not exist for the federalists.

With what basic assumption of Social Darwinism would Africans most likely disagree?
padilas [110]
Social Darwinism is a theory of the time that reflected racism through the belief about survival of the fittest as applied to human society. This upset most of the Africans because they felt that just because they were not as progressive in the fields of science and technology that didn't mean that they were a lower scale of humans as far as cultural and physical development. They also disliked this because they felt it was a justification that the Europeans gave for why they were superior
