If the question is looking for only two pairs of numbers, then they have to be 49 and 50.

x = integer 1

x + 2 = integer 2

x + x+1 = 99

2x = 98

x = 49
(Plug this x value back in)

x + 1 = 49 + 1 which equals 50, your second number.

Otherwise if the question was looking for 3 numbers, they would be 32,33,34.
