A) The lack of protection of individual rights was a concern which prompted the addition of the first ten amendments to the Constitution of the United States. This is also considered as the Bill of Rights and this was used to stop the fears of the Anti-Federalists, who were worried about their personal freedoms, the first ten amendments dealt with this, limited the government's power in judicial and other proceedings, and reserved some powers to the states and to the public.
