2. The workout plan was pretty fun and incorporated excersize without boring me to death. Yoga is very relaxing and I love swimming. I didn’t know how much time I was supposed to spend on each excersise so I did about 15 minutes of each.
3. If I were to make any adjustments I would incorporate a little bit of running and some time to cool down.
4. The excersises made me feel very tired but I feel really good.
5. I would be very interesting in the continuation of these excersises
Do not die from fire and run in circles and scream to scare the fire away
