Dude or girl, I know what your going through. I tried hanging my self but failed because I was too heavy for my curtain rod to handle -_- but i got help and I think you should too but im here if u wanna talk. :)
I would go look at schools in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland and look at their ruling for that and some other private schools in the USA. And base your quote off the schools
