All you have to do is find the largest number that you can divide evenly between the 2 set of numbers.

In this case it would be 3 and the largest exponential terms that you can take out without causing the exponents to become negative would be x^2 and y^1.

5. \frac{x}{2}+90+ \frac{73}{2}=180

\frac{x+73}{2}=90

x+73=180, x= 107 degrees.
