Ok, so first, you know 2+1 is 3, and then you divide it by 9. I bet you can figure out the rest. :)

chubhunter [2.5K]
First of all, it tells you that it eats 210 pounds of bamboo each week. A week has seven days so 210/7 which is 30. That is how much ONE panda eats per day. Because it is asking for two pandas, you multiply 30 by 2 and you get 60. So the answer is 60 pounds of a bamboo for two pandas per day

Stella graphed y = 100 - 25/3 * x to represent the percentage of battery life remaining on her phone after x hours. What is a re
Leya [2.2K]

Answer:

from 0 to 12 hours, that is 0\leq x\leq 12

Step-by-step explanation:

Notice that the x represents the number of phone hours used, therefore it has to be a number larger or equal zero, but NOT a negative number.

So on one end we have that the number of phone hours used (x) must be larger or equal zero: x\geq 0

On the other hand, when the battery goes to zero, there are no more phone hours to use. We can find what is that other limit by making the battery percent (y variable) equal to zero, and solve the equation for x, thus giving us the upper limit of usable phone hours:

y=0=100-\frac{25}{3} x\\\frac{25}{3} x=100\\25 x = 100*3 = 300\\x = \frac{300}{25} = 12

Therefore, the upper limit for the number of usable phone hours is 12 hours.

Then we write:

0\leq x\leq 12 hours

-0.615, -5/8, -0.62 least to greatest
ludmilkaskok [199]

Answer:

-5/8,  -0.62, -0.615

Step-by-step explanation:

For -5/8, dividing -5 by 8 will result in -0.63, that's why it's the least (the farthest negative number from 0).

Next is -0.62

Since -0.615 isn't rounded up to the nearest hundredths, it is the greatest because it's closest to 0.
