Kidneys 100%. I had a kidney transplant last year and being on a low carb diet causes kidney stones. Liver doesn’t filter out carbs. Your heart has nothing to do with food, and lungs are to help you breathe. Your kidneys are the only thing that processes the essential food groups.

The government, through federal medical associations, will regulate and mandate that players wear proper protective gear to ensure minimal injury.
