In the New York state, the Rockland County controversially denounced non vaccinated children from public places.

Explanation:

The Rockland Countrzy in New York took the drastic step of prohibiting unvaccinated children from moving into any public place in the midst of a measles outbreak.  

Edwin Day, the executive of Rockland County declared about the ban till 25th April unless the children are recovered completely. The parents of any unvaccinated child were charged a fine of 500 dollars according to the county. This step of the county was taken in order to spread awareness about the importance of vaccination.
